HOW TO PURCHASE OUR ARTISAN FARMED SYRUPS
Our production of artisanal farmed syrups is limited.
Please email ayako@amountainhouse.ca if you would like to purchase any of our 100ml bottles for $25 each by e-transfer.
In the greater Vancouver area, we can arrange for complimentary delivery or pick-up from our farm in Abbotsford.
MAPLE: Although it has been a mild 2025/2026 winter, with the recent short freeze the last week of January, we were able to collect just enough sap that we estimate will make about 30 100ml-bottles of maple syrup. Unlike many Canadians, we are hoping for another freeze which is essential for maple trees to really start flowing with sap. For the first time, we have isolated our Big Leaf trees and will produce a single source of maple syrup! Please email if you would like to be on a priority list for when we bottle our 2026 Big Leaf and Rocky Mountain Maple syrups.
BIRCH: Thankfully, birch trees are comparatively dependable. Each spring, mother nature signals the trees to begin the flow of sap which continues for 3 or 4 weeks.
If you can’t wait, we still have a few bottles of our 2025 unfiltered Paper Birch syrup.
