HOW TO PURCHASE OUR ARTISAN FARMED SYRUPS
Our production of artisanal farmed syrups is limited.
Please email ayako@amountainhouse.ca if you would like to purchase any of our 100ml bottles for $25 each by e-transfer.
In the greater Vancouver area, we can arrange for complimentary delivery or pick-up from our farm in Abbotsford.
MAPLE: The number of 100ml bottles that we can make each year depends on the winter and spring weather. 2025 was a disappointing season with our trees deciding it was spring by sprouting new buds very early and stopping the flow of sap.
We are sold out of the 2025 Maple Syrup. Please email if you would like to be on a priority list for 2026!
BIRCH: Thankfully, birch trees are comparatively dependable. Each spring, mother nature signals the trees to begin the flow of sap which continues for 3 or 4 weeks.
As of October 18, 2025 we have 60 bottles remaining for sale.
