HOW TO PURCHASE OUR ARTISAN FARMED SYRUPS
Our production of artisanal farmed syrups is limited.
Please email ayako@amountainhouse.ca if you would like to purchase any of our 100ml bottles for $25 each by e-transfer.
For the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas, we can arrange for complimentary delivery or pick-up from our farm in Abbotsford.
MAPLE: Unusually, our 2026 season produced more maple sap than birch!
After filling our pre-orders we still have a very limited supply of our combined Big Leaf Maple and Rocky Mountain Maple syrups. Although classified as “Dark”, this year’s syrup is slightly lighter than last year’s really dark syrup.
BIRCH: Again the birch sapping season started early in February and the birch trees were sapping at the same time as the maple trees which made for tricky timing, having only one evaporator.
